Returns

Return any unworn, unwashed item with tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method.

Size exchanges on apparel are free within the US — we cover return shipping both ways once per order.

Email support@freightpimp.com with your order number and reason. We send a prepaid label within one business day.

Refunds are issued within 3 business days of the return arriving at our warehouse. Banks typically post them in 5–10 days.

Final sale items and gift cards are not returnable. Etched drinkware must be unused.
